I have felt like that so many times in my life. In the end, I felt I was doomed and just considered myself “unlucky”.
Yet each time I have felt stuck, I have always come out with more wisdom, feeling inspired, and be able to push myself more and more.
In this video, I speak about three things you can do to help you when you feel stuck
Some of the things I talk about are:
- Envision where you want to be in life.
If you don’t know where you want to go, you will always be focused on the problems and the past.
- Acceptance around your current situation and Journal around how you feel right now.
Acceptance of where you and acceptance of your current feelings are key to moving forward. This can help create more awareness as to what you want and also why you ended up in the position you are.
- Do one thing that makes you uncomfortable each day.
No matter how stuck you feel, you need to keep moving forward. Just doing 1 thing that is hard daily can help you to start growing and heading forwards.
